Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Process customer orders and provide order updates.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Other Duties as Assigned:
- Assist with other warehouse and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or customer service role (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Doc, Sheets & Drive as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
