About B&E Sealcoat Products & Safe Seal™ Asphalt Sealants

After being in the asphalt sealcoating field in the Mid-Michigan area established in 1998, I decided to venture into the asphalt emulsion manufacturing due to the growing concern with toxic coal tar sealants and bans throughout the country.

I never liked to work with the unhealthy coal tar product, but it is all we had for years until I discovered Safe Seal™ Asphalt Sealer. Safe Seal™ has since become the leading asphalt driveway and parking lot sealer working well in harsh Michigan climates. Being a contractor, as well, gives us an advantage to work and see what is actually going in the field. I personally like to help new and experienced asphalt maintenance contractors advance in the pavement industry.
