The 3” adjustable height pintle eye with a 20,000 lb. capacity, breakaway switch, and adjustable 26,400 lb. safety chains ensure safe, stable towing, while the enclosed tongue and front deck with removable swing-open gates on both sides provide convenient storage for tools, blowers, and other essential equipment.

The 2’ extended metal deck includes a heat shield and dual propane tank holders, making it easier to carry extra equipment and supplies for a full day of work. A brush box provides additional storage and organization for prep tools.

Powerful Hydraulic Agitation and Sealcoat Pump System

Maintaining consistent sealcoat is key for professional results. This trailer is equipped with a hydraulic agitation system featuring a 4-inch agitator shaft with infinitely variable speeds in forward and reverse. The full sweep, four-paddle system with 3/8” rubber wiper blades ensures a thoroughly mixed, cleaner tank, even with heavy sand or additive loads.

Sealcoat material is applied using a 2” Wilden air-operated dual diaphragm pump, designed to handle high-viscosity products with ease. A 3-gallon filter pot protects the system, reduces downtime, and ensures smooth operation throughout the day.

The included Hannay 150’ swivel mount hose reel, 100’ of 3/4” 300 PSI hand hose, and 6½’ aluminum spray wand give you extended reach and precise control for professional application.

Reliable Power and Jobsite Convenience

Powering the system is a 30-gallon Jenny air compressor with an electric start Honda GX390 (13HP) motor, capable of powering pneumatic tools, inflating tires, and cleaning small cracks. A 29-gallon plastic water tank with a 5 GPM Wilden pump and 50’ hose and nozzle allows for flush-out and cleanup, improving efficiency at the end of the day.

The SR-1,250 rides on three 7,000 lb. axles, all equipped with electric brakes and 16” load range E, 10-ply tires on 8-hole wheels, providing stability and control even when fully loaded.
