Heavy-Duty Steel Tank & Extended Deck
The trailer features a 700-gallon steel tank with 7-gauge heads and 10-gauge sidewalls, providing superior resistance to abrasion, flexing, and heavy loads. A 2’ extended metal deck with heat shield and dual propane tank holders expands the workspace and allows safe storage for tools and equipment, while enclosed front and rear storage compartments offer secure space for smaller items like spray tips, hand tools, and safety supplies.
The SR-700 XP’s tank and trailer are purpose-built as an integrated system—not a repurposed utility trailer—ensuring stability, reliability, and long service life.
Hydraulic Agitation System
Designed for consistent, uniform mixing of sealcoat materials, the trailer comes equipped with:
Hydraulic agitation with infinitely variable speed, forward and reverse
Full sweep, four-paddle agitation system with 3/8” rubber wiper blades on each paddle
Two head wipers that maintain tank wall contact to minimize material buildup and maximize usable product
This system ensures smooth blending of sanded or additive-laden sealcoat, even under heavy loads, without relying on powered mixing components that require high maintenance.
Material Access & Manway Features
Material loading and tank access are simplified with a 25″ gasketed manway, which includes:

Inner splash lid to reduce mess during agitation
Lockable outer lid for secure transport
A 2″ Wilden air-operated dual-diaphragm pump and 3-gallon filter pot handle heavy additive loads while reducing downtime for cleaning or maintenance.
Integrated Water, Air, and Spray Systems

29-gallon plastic water tank with 5 GPM Wilden air-operated pump, 50′ hose, and nozzle
Flush-out system connecting the water tank to plumbing for easy cleaning
30-gallon air compressor, powered by an electric start gasoline motor, capable of supplying air for tires, small crack repair, and pneumatic tools
Hannay 150′ swivel-mount hose reel with 100′ of 3/4″, 300 PSI hand hose and 6 1/2′ aluminum spray wand
