How to Use This Sealcoating Kit
Surface preparation
Clean pavement thoroughly. Remove dirt, vegetation, oil spots, and loose material. Allow pavement to dry completely before application.
Edge work
Use the Sealcoat Power Brush complete brooms for clean cut-in along curbs, joints, and edges. Store brushes in the 40″ brush box between uses to keep them wet and extend service life.
Sealcoat application
Connect the HD Pro Spray unit to your tank or tote. The air-operated Wilden pump allows you to spray material evenly or pump it directly to the ground for broom or squeegee application.
Drying and cure
Allow sealcoat to dry based on temperature, humidity, and airflow. Restrict traffic until fully cured.

How much area will the 275-gallon tote cover?
Coverage typically ranges from 19,000 to 22,000 square feet depending on surface texture and application rate.
Is this sealer approved in coal tar restricted areas?
Yes. Safe Seal is a non-coal tar asphalt emulsion with low PAHs and is permitted in coal tar banned regions.
Can this kit handle commercial parking lots?
Absolutely. This kit is designed for residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and large-scale maintenance programs.
Does the pump handle sand and additives?
Yes. The Wilden dual-diaphragm pump is designed to handle sand-loaded material without damage.
