BEP Sealcoating & Equipment Kit

Safe Seal Commercial Grade Polymer Fortified Asphalt Sealer Kit – 275 Gallon Tote (Ready to Use)

Professional BEP Sealcoating & Equipment Kit is the performance with everything you need to apply it right the first time.

This all-in-one sealcoating kit is built for contractors and property managers who want consistent, professional results without cutting corners. At the core is Safe Seal Commercial Grade Polymer Fortified Asphalt Sealer in a 275-gallon ready-to-use tote, paired with purpose-built application and maintenance equipment that keeps jobs moving efficiently from edge work to full spray application.

Designed for real-world conditions across the Continental United States, this kit protects asphalt from moisture, UV damage, oil exposure, and freeze-thaw cycles that shorten pavement life. Like changing oil instead of replacing an engine, resealing on schedule with the right materials saves serious money long term.

What you get with this kit:

  • Commercial-grade polymer fortified AE sealer with up to 5x the durability of conventional emulsions

  • Bulk tote capacity to reduce downtime and material handling

  • Professional edging, broom care, and spray equipment for a cleaner finish

  • Non-coal tar, environmentally friendly formulation approved in restricted areas

  • Equipment designed to reduce labor fatigue and increase daily production

How to Use This Sealcoating Kit

  1. Surface preparation
Clean pavement thoroughly. Remove dirt, vegetation, oil spots, and loose material. Allow pavement to dry completely before application.

  2. Edge work
Use the Sealcoat Power Brush complete brooms for clean cut-in along curbs, joints, and edges. Store brushes in the 40″ brush box between uses to keep them wet and extend service life.

  3. Sealcoat application
Connect the HD Pro Spray unit to your tank or tote. The air-operated Wilden pump allows you to spray material evenly or pump it directly to the ground for broom or squeegee application.

  4. Drying and cure
Allow sealcoat to dry based on temperature, humidity, and airflow. Restrict traffic until fully cured.
