The Seal Rite SR-700 H.D. Sealcoat Mixing Tank Trailer is a heavy-duty, production-ready sealcoat mixing and application system designed for professional contractors handling larger commercial projects and extended production days. Heavy-Duty Steel Tank Construction
The SR-700 H.D. is built around a 700-gallon steel tank constructed with 7-gauge heads and 10-gauge sidewalls, providing exceptional resistance to abrasion, material weight, and long-term structural fatigue. This heavy-gauge construction minimizes flexing during transport and agitation, ensuring dependable performance under demanding workloads.
The increased capacity allows crews to complete larger jobs with fewer refills, improving efficiency on high-production commercial sites.
Hydraulic Agitation with Full Sweep Paddle System
This unit features hydraulic agitation with infinitely variable speed control in both forward and reverse, giving operators precise control over mixing speed based on material consistency and additive load.
A full sweep, four-paddle agitation system with 3/8″ thick rubber wiper blades on each paddle, along with two head wipers, maintains continuous contact with tank walls and ends. This design keeps material fully blended, prevents settling, and maximizes usable sealcoat throughout the tank.
Large Manway and Material Handling Features
Loading and access are handled through a 25″ gasketed manway, designed for efficient and clean material handling. The manway assembly includes:
Sand grate for controlled loading
Bag splitter for fast bulk material addition
Inner splash lid to reduce mess during agitation
Lockable outer lid for transport and jobsite security
These features streamline loading while improving safety and reducing cleanup time.
High-Capacity Pumping and Filtration System
Material delivery is powered by a 2″ Wilden air-operated, dual-diaphragm pump, engineered to handle heavy sand and additive loads without compromising flow or reliability.
To minimize clogging and downtime, the system includes a 3-gallon filter pot. A flanged connection between the filter pot and the Wilden pump allows for fast disassembly and maintenance, keeping crews productive during peak season.
Hose Reel and Spray Equipment
The SR-700 H.D. comes equipped with a Hannay 150′ swivel-mount hose reel, configured with:
100′ of 3/4″, 300 PSI hand hose
6 1/2′ aluminum spray wand
This setup provides smooth hose handling, consistent spray control, and reliable coverage for large commercial parking lots and roadway applications.
Integrated Air, Water, and Support Systems

9-gallon fuel tank with 10′ hose and nozzle
